Mr. Conner and Ms. Frances,
I’m writing to express my sincerest gratitude to you two and the Precious Memories staff on the outstanding job done with the Aaron Lowe service. The level of execution and personal care was truly top notch, and I do not think anything could have been better.
Mr. Conner, we are appreciative of the personal touch you took in preparing my brother’s remains. Seeing him as regularly appeared to us was a great comfort. He looked beautiful, and I know that much of that credit goes to you.

When you lose someone you care for dearly, the loss brings about hurt, filling you with pain and grief. You reflect on all the shared memories from the past and think of what could have been if they were still here. Do we indeed, in life, plan to funeralize, lay someone to rest, or bury our loved one? Lynn treated my sister's and I great. The funeral director was very rude! They closed my mom casket before all of her family could see her so my sister asked them to reopen it. The director rolled his eyes in front of everyone in the church. Got to the graveyard after the funeral and my mom grave was not dug!

I would not recommend their services my second time attending a service that they provide and I’m completely mortified at the lack of professionalism however you get what you pay.....

They Honor The Lives Lived not the dead. They seem to care deeply for the families and and discern who is just being nosy.

This is one of the most unprofessional and rudest companies I have ever dealt with. The Funeral director hasn't mastered even the most basic communication skills. They receptionist seems as if she's bothered by every interaction. Went to set the arrangements for my mother's funeral and was not greeted and every conversation I've had with her was the worst. Did not get the floral arrangements I paid for, could not preview the funeral programs, could not see my mother before the family hour (she died from cancer and I wanted to make sure she would be restored correctly) and lastly they never sent

Horrible horrible customer service, from the owner to the funeral directors this place is all about money once they recieve your money or policy number you will be treated like nothing to them. please take your business somewhere else.

I would like to extend a special thank you to Precious Memories staff. My family and I just buried our dad today. Everything was amazing I was really impressed and happy for how things turned out. A special thanks to Lynn for opening the doors to his establishment and treating my family like his own. The staff was attentive, friendly, and caring...keep up the good work you all an may good continue to bless you all.

Precious Memories Mortuary did an outstanding job with my Father's funeral. Mrs. Scott walked us through everything step by step. She made sure all of our wishes were taken care of. I had no idea on where to begin with the funeral process, but the Precious Memories staff took care of everything.
