I can honestly say this place has the worst receptionist! I believe her name is Beth. I was trying to reschedule my appointment since the office manager was out sick and she got frustrated with my questions and hung the phone up on me. Be aware because they will treat you like they don’t need your business! This place does not deserved any star!!!!

I was greeted and seen by the doctor very quickly. Dr Pfent is knowledgeable and was thorough with my examination. The dental hygienist was polite and friendly. I think her name was Marie. I felt at ease and very comfortable in this office. My mother receives her dental care in this same office, and both of us would recommend this place to anyone for their dental care.

Absolutely hands down the worst dental office I have ever been too as far as scheduling. The dentist is friendly and does good work but the office staff needs to be changed. Does not know how to set an appointment and keep an appointment on time. Always canceling an appointment the day of the appointment or your there sitting in a chair and after being there a few hours they tell you the dentist is tied up and will not be able to finish the appointment. Total lack of respect for there patients.

I am a patient of Dr Pfents and I have always had a pleasant experience every time i go to the office..i have had bad experiences in the past at other dental offices. The staff always greets me with a smile that sets my mind at ease.. they are wonderful.
I recently had a crown done and Dr.Pfent explained the procedure and it would all be completed the same day! I even got to see the computerized machine that made the crown. I will continue to recommend Dr.Pfent to friends and family. They will not regret visiting his office.
