Services
We concentrate on treating musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries which result in pain stemming from all parts of the body including: neck, lower back, shoulder, hip, and more. These injuries can be caused by anything including falls, sports trauma, whiplash injuries, stress, and even faulty posture.
On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you with a warm smile. The Doctor will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if chiropractic care may be of benefit to you. If the Doctor can help you, he will let you know.
We can often save you the expense of costly surgical procedures by utilizing our non-invasive techniques. Our consultations are always complimentary and most health insurance plans cover chiropractic health care. If your insurance company or plan is not listed below, please call our office and we will verify your insurance coverage.
Proper spinal alignment is essential for healthy and pain-free living. When there is a trauma to a joint, one of the ways your body responds is the stabilization of the area by formation of new bone. With time, calcium deposits build up, eventually as abnormal bony growth. This arthritic "splinting" of bones is nature's attempt to stabilize the injured joint.
The term subluxation means minor misalignment. However the affects on the human body as a result of a subluxation on the upper cervical spine can be far from minor. In the simplest of terms, a subluxation is when one or more vertebrae (bones in your spine) move out of line and create pressure on spinal nerves.

I am very grateful to Dr. Ellsworth and staff (Silvia) for the ability to again move my head and neck. I have had past problems with a locked neck and decided to try their services. I am now feeling much better with much improved neck movement. Dr. Ellsworth and staff are not only professional but additionally show personal care for their patients.

I can't thank Dr. Ellsworth enough! His expert treatment and genuine concern after an injury have led to a nearly full recovery... without surgery! I'm a work in process, and getting better with each visit.
I don't even know what job title to give the fantastic woman, Sylvia, that works there with him. She seems to wear a hundred hats and to be in 6 places at once. She juggles it all while providing expert treatment, and always with humor, a smile and gentle encouragement.
Thank you to both of you!

I am extremely satisfied with the level of care that I have received at Park Ridge Chiropractic. Dr. Ellsworth and his staff are excellent and take the time to listen to your individual needs and concerns, then work with you to fix the problems that are causing you pain. I was in a car accident in January and had significant neck pain from whiplash. Having never been to any chiropractor before I did not really know what to expect or even if this type of care could help fix the problem, but I am here to tell you that it has absolutely worked! The pain that I was experiencing was greatly reduced

Professional. Has GREAT therapy! I have 2 bulging disks as well as had a rib out. Dr. Pat was AMAZING! Very professional and clearly had years of experience to know exactly how much pressure to apply when doing manual manipulation. I'm 130, not a 300 lb guy, some chiropractors practically throw me thru the table. Dr. Pat and his assistant Brett very thorough. Dr. Pat put my rib back in and I feel like a million bucks. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

You can trust that whatever is causing your bodily pain or discomfort will be handled with compassion and care by Dr. Ellsworth of Park Ridge Chiropractic. He is a very caring and skilled practitioner who is able to address your concerns through a variety of ways. He is great at performing manual spinal adjustments which he then follows up with… electrical stimulation and the application of ice/heat as needed. It doesn’t end there though. Then Dr. Ellsworth, more often than not will send you home with recommended stretches and exercises to continue you on the road to recovery. I feel
