I had major replacement and repair on my 2010 Honda CRV five weeks ago. The work was explained thoroughly in an understandable way. It was done for a fair price, in precisely the time agreed upon.
Five weeks later, an O-ring failed, causing a leak which led to failure. The problem was promptly diagnosed and fixed, all at no cost to me.
Phil and his staff was professional and bent over backwards to accommodate me, even ubering me there and home.
If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, they would amply deserve it.

I definitely recommend this shop. very professional. I went in today for a squeaking belt. turns out it was something else. he called me in and showed me the problem. got it fixed before the time line given. I went ahead and did the belt any way because the car is a 2006 model. so its clearly older. so I did the belt as well. bottom line is the service was excellent and fast. I would definitely recommend this place. big thank you to the mechanic who was fast and respectful of my property. so thank you.

Right Way was recommended by Take 5 Oil Change for brake work I needed on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. I'm so glad I used them. Phil is very professional, runs a clean shop and showed me the worn brake pads, explaining the entire process. I completely agree with the other women reviewers that this is an auto repair shop that treats customers right. The name says it all. I'm new to the area and will be using them for all my car maintenance.
