Dr Bagley is great! He’s really nice and so are all the techs I’ve had so far. I got a filling and it was the easiest filling I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t feel like my entire side of my mouth was numb, which my other place did. It was just the area needed which was fabulous and it didn’t hurt one bit. Was nice and quick too! Very pleased with the experience and the experiences I’ve had so far.

What an amazing dentist. He was so beyond warm and comforting. I had my first appt for xrays and cleaning. First time I ever left a dentist appt without a migraine! All my stains were gone! Gentle and so sweet.
Linda at the front desk is amazing!
Dr Bagley is incredible. He did my first ever root canal and explained everything during the procedure and made me feel so good. My anxiety left as quickly as it came. I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for what he and his staff has done for me. Xoxo

The office was clean and sanitary. The staff were prompt and polite. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was kind and thorough. Dr. Bagley was knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend and I will be back for all of my dental care needs.

Very professional staff, they went out of their way to help me. The dentist was very informative and helped calm my nerves. Definitely coming back! Love them!!
Edit: I came back a year later to have a root canal and it was painless! I could go out the same day and go shopping (which I did) the next morning I could work without any pain.
Also the front desk staff are really nice! I'm not sure why there's lower reviews for this place but theres hardly any wait in the waiting room, everyone's nice and answers my questions and Dr bagley is very professional and makes sure you feel no pain and you

I have had several appointments with Dr. Bagley and his staff and they have been wonderful. I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist and they were very understanding. They informed me about every procedure and let me ask every and any question. They were always concern about my comfort level and I appreciate the dental work they have done for me so far. I look forward to using this practice as my dentist for life.

Awful dentist! The receptionist is rude and very unprofessional. Had my new dentist office call to get records and she hung up on them after insisting I have to pay for digital copies of xrays when they don't belong to the practice and it costs them nothing to send them over. Bagleys office lied to me and said I had multiple cavities I only had 1 and wanted to do a deep cleaning but after getting a second opinion I didn't need one. Money hungry and rude staff. Do not go here!

Where to start, sad because Dr. Bagley should be getting 5 stars but his office help is horrible and so rude!! Dr. Bagley is actually an amazing dentist and does amazing work! His front office staff will treat you like a dog!! They canceled and changed MY appointment twice due to waiting for my insurance to give a full detail approval of my treatment. Not once did THEY call me to change it I had to show up and be told! So my 3rd appointment my son was in the hospital and I called them the next day and my god the lady was so rude, said u can’t pick up a phone and call us! HOW ABOUT U CANT PICK

I had a dental emergency and contacted Dr. Bagley’s office to see if I could seen ASAP. I was willing to use a personal day from work just to get this fixed. When I came in and explained to his receptionist the issue, they worked me into his schedule. Everyone of his staff members were amazing and kind to me. I read reviews about horrible customer service and terrible work, I didn’t see it or experience it. Keep up the great work Dr. B and staff!

This dentist is terrible. Husband has been back to the dentist 3 times to have a tooth fixed that he was talked in to having fixed. After filing the tooth down and "fixing" it...a big chunk just fell out. Also someone needs to look into his records and coding for billing the insurance company. The same fix was coded 3 different ways so the dentist would be paid....shady. Spoke to the receptionist about the billing and she was very nasty and rude.

I switched my children over to Dr Bagleys office since they had been patients previously from the Complete Care. The first visit was ok so I scheduled the kids again for fillings etc. The secretary scheduled them all together on the same day. Normally I do not do this but thought hey why not and didn't say anything else. Being that I worked at a dr. office i understand the importance of keeping a 3 slot appt. Unfortunately, i had to cancel this appt at 9:00am when they opened due to my children being sick. When I called the lady said we normally don't accept this and she would be letting

If you enjoy being treated like a second class citizen this is the place to go. Called 20 minutes prior to them closing one day and they said they had an opening the following day. Call back to cancel the appointment the following day at the time they opened as the issue resolved it’s self. So then I’m told I’m going to be charged a cancellation fee and they will never rescheduled me as a patient cause they held a opening in the Dr schedule. Just so everyone can understand how patients get treated the office was closed and I called the minute they open but that’s somehow

If I could just give Dr. Bagley stars I would give him 100. He was the most patient, kind and friendly doctor I have ever encountered. His staff however.. 1 star is pushing it, his receptionists were nothing short of rude EVERY single time I talked to them.. made me feel awful, I have never felt so disrespected by a group of women in my entire life. It's such a shame that supporting staff ruins an experience of such a phenomenal dentist. Needless to say.. I will not be going there anymore. What a shame.

WARNING-This place is a chop shop!!!! Poor quality dental service! I am in the process of investigating and submitting a letter to shut this place down.
Where do I start?! This place belongs in the ghetto where people can’t afford a good dentist! My personal experience has been horrid! Can’t believe it’s own by an American!
The office staff can be either be nice or rude, it can be a hit or miss. To me this is highly unprofessional and confusing. They don’t ask for your name when they walk in the examination room while pulling up your xrays?! This is a major concern for anyone as they

I went here for the first time this week. The hygienists and Dr. Bagley are very personable. Both Dr. Bagley and my hygienist gave me detailed information on what I could do to fix my teeth (I still have 2 baby teeth). Even the hygienist was very knowledgeable on the topic because she works at a cosmetic dentistry establishment for 2-3 days each week. The only negative to my experience was that the hygienist was more aggressive than my previous dentist. But, in her defense, she was very gentle around my 2 baby teeth, one of which is unstable.
I went back the following morning to have a small cavity
