Feeling ripped off. I was harged $7.5 for printing two forms with the back upside down because he had to do something "extra". First he scanned them and then printed them. Since when scanning and printing two pages is so expensive? I didn't argued over the situation but I felt ripped off and treated unfair.

I was referred to Piner Printing by someone who has to deal with printing companies often. I was so impressed with the initial communication from the start. I sent an inquiry via email on Sunday night and had a response early Monday morning. We were off and running from there. Proofs and estimates in such a timely fashion it truly was a company I have been looking for. My first round of business cards exceeded my expectations and came out flawless. I will be pushing them on everyone I know who is looking for the best printing services out there! Keep up the good work!

Out of all the printers in Sonoma County, Piner Printing is the absolute best. Every time I am so impressed by the quality of the work, and the attitude of the employees. Sue, in particular, is so friendly and sooooo helpful. She truly cares that your work comes out the way it should. After trying multiple other printers that have all ended up being disappointments, it always comes back to Piner Printing. Never again will I stray!

There are always 2-sides to every story, so let me tell you my story when walking in cold to Piner Printing - after visiting, and getting quotes from 3 other highly rated printers in Santa Rosa. The woman behind the counter at Piner Printing, Sue, was extremely friendly, bright, and professional. I had a fairly complicated annual corporate invitation to be corrected and printed, and I needed it ASAP (our previous printer closed due to health problems). Piner Printing gave me a proof the next day, and printed the invitations within the next few days. Not only did the invitations look better

I drive by this place everyday, so in the interest of "going local" I stopped in for a simple yet important job I needed done with a short turnaround (24 hours)
I needed binding of 10 pages (5 of which were illustrations brought in by me) with text on the other 5 pages. I was informed that I would have to email my text in I them or else it would be a $60/ hour charge for typing. No problem, I can do that.
The whole time I'm explaining to the woman at the counter what I need, she has a pained look on her face. I asked if she was ok, she said she was confused. Her demeanor told
