I have internal issues with my left shoulder. In order to prolong surgery surgery (which will take about 12 weeks to rehab) I have sought other non invasive relief. I can get a cortisone shot from my DR. every 3 months, but, that doesn't last the entire period. I tried Golden Hands on Monday Night while I was in Tulsa, and I can tell you this is… a professional rehab establishment. Charley was my therapist and i can tell you she really worked out some issues that relieved the pain in my shoulder. The deep tissue massage that I got (primarily on my shoulder) left my shoulder pretty sore on
