Services
Due to growth in the north Sacramento region and success of the school district's general obligation bond, Natomas USD converted American Lakes, Bannon Creek and Jefferson Schools into K-8 models. This includes modernization of the administration and learning resource centers, as well as new classroom and gymnasium facilities.
The Chowchilla ESD master plan included the modernization of both the Fuller Elementary and Wilson Middle School sites. The primary objectives of these projects were expanding the capacity for future growth, replacing non-permanent spaces, providing equity amongst the support facilities and creating the first step toward a neighborhood school approach.
A new 4,800 square foot Gen7 modular building is being added as part of Phase 2 and will provide much needed auxiliary space, including a multipurpose space, art studio, tech lab, library, staff lounge, storage space and restrooms. The school's existing building is being renovated, thus positioning the administration office directly adjacent to the campus entry to improve wayfinding while also creating a more secure and controlled campus.
The new Phase 2 addition to the Folsom Lake College Rancho Cordova Center will provide general instruction lecture classrooms, multi-disciplinary laboratory spaces and enhanced amenities to this satellite educational center. The 21,000 square foot, two-story building will be added to the existing campus on a compact 3-acre site in the City of Rancho Cordova.
This newly created regional shopping district is located near a large amount of existing shopping destinations. The overall site is divided into two areas, in addition to a new street extension known as Cherry Avenue. There is a wide range of retail tenants, such as home improvement, health club, sporting goods, office supplies, small market, theme restaurants, and supporting shops.
