My father passed away, and he had his house Up North. Town and Country and their agent Geof Krauss, were responsive and helpful for every single step. Superior market knowledge and guidance. Wonderfully accommodating handling this sale remotely for me out of town. I could not recommend this company enough. It made a tough situation almost worry-free. Would not hesitate to use again. Wonder if they'll come down to sell my house when its time :)
