Our law firm consists of an experienced tax attorney, concentrating in most areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions (both taxable and non-taxable) and tax law. We have two locations - one in Tyler serving the East Texas area and one in Richardson serving the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. We have been working in massive law firms in Houston, Texas and Columbia, South Carolina drafting complex transactions, including international corporate planning and structuring.

After spending ten years working in massive law firms, I wanted out and needed something (anything) that made my drives and heart come back alive. I was either going to stop practicing law altogether, or see if I could develop a different law practice. Thank God, He guided me to develop a law practice dependent on Him and love for people.
After working with Ryan at a prior firm in Tyler, I was excited about the opportunity to work with him beginning of 2014. In the Tyler area I've worked as a paralegal for three law firms for over twenty years. At Gardner Firm PLLC, I run the office, keep the books and do the accounting thereto, handle all banking operations, maintain all calendars and perform paralegal work drafting, revising and reviewing contracts and other documents.
