As such Mu Sool Won is an extremely well-organized system of martial arts which seeks to integrate and explore all aspects of the traditional Korean martial arts.
Featured on cover of Tae Kwon Do Times, TKD and Korean Martial Arts, Inside Karate, Official Karate and Black Belt. Feature stories in Inside Kung Fu, Combat Karate, Karate Kung Fu, and Tae Kwon Do Times among others. A world-class martial artist, Master Byung In Lee is highly sought after for the magazine covers of national and international martial arts magazines.
Embodied in the logo are the mission and principles that Mu Sool Won embraces.
The logo was designed with the notion that martial arts practice would be a key element to staying healthy and fit, consisting of the boxed phrase "Mu Sool Won" in Korean, a lotus flower symbolizing a peaceful and 'clean' world, a Taeguk symbol representing the harmony of the two ki (life force) energies of um and yang, and a martial artist performing a beautiful high side-kick.

Mu Sool Won can benefit men, women, and children from ages 6 and up. Through diligent practice, Mu Sool Won training will develop strength, quickness, balance, timing, flexibility and coordination. At the same time powers of concentration, self-discipline and self-control will significantly improve.
We are currently in the process of creating and uploading videos to aid in your practice. As with all exercise programs, when using our martial arts videos, you need to use common sense. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning training. By performing any martial arts exercises, you are performing them at your own risk.

Started training with then Master Byung In Lee when he opened his studio on Anderson Mill Rd and Research (183). I returned to train as part of my rehabilitation program after a head injury in the Army. Since then, I've continued to do what I can to maintain a level of fitness and fun. There may be better instructors, more generous, more guiding, more capable. If so, I'd love to meet him or her. But, as for me, I'm thankful for what I have in the instructors and fellow students in this school. You never get bored. There is always something new to learn, or a new revelation in a long practiced form

My teenagers love taking martial arts at Mu Sool Won. Master Lee is a fantastic motivator and encourages every student to enjoy the sport and build self confidence through practice. This is a very family oriented facility with teachers who really enjoy being there and enjoy seeing all succeed. The Korean cultural festivities on special event days are really fun!! Don't know what we would do without Mu Sool Won. My kids have never felt more welcome or enjoyed a sport so much.
