Was told he accepted Federal Blue Cross and Blue shield basic coverage. He is not a preferred provider. Now we are out $785 for (2) cleanings and (2) x-rays, And a cap repair. I had difficulty with x-ray and technician barely touched my teeth. Wife was happy with her work. We we’re mislead about the insurance payment. We we’re lead there by our previous dentist which was a preferred provider. Office told us that he wasn’t. That is untrue. The previous dentist is still listed as such.

Hands down....the best experience I have ever had at a Dentist office. I had a crown yesterday, and today, I feel as if nothing was ever done....except that my tooth isn't sensitive anymore. They are kind, professional, and it's all done right there. I cannot even imagine going to another dentist now. They are simply the best

Dr. Orendorf and his staff are amazing. I had a difficult procedure done last Friday and was a bit anxious. Dr. Orendorf completely reassured me I would be fine...and I was! He ALWAYS asks if you feel any pain during treatment and to let him know immediately if you do. I completely trust this wonderful,professional staff. Oh! And a shout out to Bonnie who I see every six months for cleaning....she is the BEST. If you are someone who fears going to the dentist,give South Berwick Dental a try......you won't regret it!

100% the best dentist I've ever been to. I'll never be excited to go to the dentist but this is the first place I don't dread going. Dr. Bob completely puts you at ease and is all about patient comfortability. The hygienists are great, I usually get Heidi and she's fantastic. There isn't one bad thing I can say about this place. Love all of the staff and I will be coming here for the rest of my life!!! Can't say enough good things about this business :)
