My printer was not working and I needed to print and sign something from an email quickly, and I was stressed. I've used this store frequently to mail items in the past, but wasn't sure if they could do this. I met Tino at the store, and he not only made me feel comfortable, but he made me laugh, relax and got the job done so quickly and professionally. Even while working with me (and other customers), he still greeted everyone that came in with a happy and pleasant "welcome". I'm lucky this store is local to me, but I would definitely drive the extra miles if necessary. Tino made a possible disaster
