EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is psychotherapy practice that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of past trauma. Studies have shown that by using EMDR therapy, people can accelerate the benefits of psychotherapy that used to take years to make a difference.
Your healing doesn't have to be done alone. Which is why we offer group sessions as a form of therapy for all who may be interested. Each session is moderated and overseen by a licensed professional - while being surrounded by others who understand their journey. Group topics include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, divorce recovery, strengthening marriages, and parenting.
This is an open process group for women who are navigating life after their partner's betrayal. Led by Ashley Mills, the group aims to aid women in addressing the confusion, trauma, and pain that comes with finding out their partner has not been faithful. You will find a safe and caring group lead by trauma informed therapists who will walk beside you.

I’m so grateful that I found Michelle! She is such a kind, honest, insightful, and helpful person to talk with and I’d recommend her to anyone who’s ready to make a difference in their lives.
Michelle does such a great job of making you feel at ease when talking with her while still giving you constructive advice and strategies to reach the goals that you want.
I’ve felt such a positive shift in my mindset and decrease in my stress levels just since starting to work with her six months ago.
Lauren at the office is also so helpful and kind when it comes to scheduling and answering any

I have been seeing Michelle N. regularly for a while now. I recently went through some major life transitions and Michelle has helped me through the worst of it. I recommend Michelle wholeheartedly for anyone seeking a caring, genuine therapist. I have a deep appreciation for her practice and how amazing she is at what she does. It is obvious that Michelle takes her role as a therapist very seriously - she puts in the work during and after each session. The minute I spoke to her on the phone for my initial consultation, I knew she was the one. Her confidence in her ability to help me, her ease

A warm, welcoming place for support and guidance. Best group of counselors I know of! They can help the mind, body and soul. I’m blessed to have found Charis, and to have benefited from Julia and Cathy’s wisdom, experience, and skill in counseling.

This is the best place ever. In particular, Nathan W. is amazing. I spent about a year talking through some hardships with Nathan and he was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through difficult life transitions and to have hope again. I am living proof that his method works and that this center truly cares about bringing healing. Today was my last session with Nathan (no doubt because of his sincere and authentic care) and I highly recommend going here. If I ever go through another difficult transition, I will gladly come back to Charis...and to Nathan!
