They successfully added insult to injury.
In attempting to compensate us for their lateness, the owner immediately responded to my negative review of the company by phone and yelp. It was the first I heard from him. Then he shortchanged us, I'd assume by looking at only half a month of production, and calling it a month, then compensating us for less than half of the electricity we would have actually produced during those missed sunny days. What a joke.
If we paid over $15,000 for a 4.3kW DC system that produces only $2 worth of electricity per day, it

This review is from someone who only submits recommendations when they are outstanding. Sunline Energy is the epitome of service. It began with their outstanding knowledge of the solar industry, followed by there nonstop quality assurance. They informed me I would have solar by December 1 I received it two weeks earlier. Following the installation I've had a few follow-up questions and their response time has been incredible. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about installing solar in their home.

Love, love love Sunline Energy! They took on our smaller solar panel roof top installation project and showed us the love and attention the same as if we were doing a bigger project. They were very patient and helpful and worked with us. Several years later, they are still really supportive with any questions I have or help that I need in support.

We talked with three companies before meeting with Sunline and I will say none of them came close to the knowledge and expertise of Sunline. All the companies were highly rated on Google and yelp but all they wanted to do was make the sale. Sunline gave us the facts and let us make the decision on our own time. Once we decided to use them not only did they complete the project earlier than projected but they also followed up to ensure that we were happy and if we had any questions. Once the final payment was made, (unlike other companies) they return my call immediately and ensure that all my questions

Sunline did a fine job of installing our solar during the early part of the pandemic. We recently had a disagreement with them over a relatively small aspect of the work, but one which nonetheless cost real money to address. To their credit, Sunline stepped up and paid out of pocket to resolve the dispute and keep the customer happy

They did a good job designing and installing the system. But they left trash all over my property, lost the key to my property, left dust and debris all over some unrelated electrical equipment, and destroyed some of my plants around the sides of the house. They also promised to connect a part of the new solar box so that I could monitor my energy consumption. They never ended up doing that part, then later quoted me an extra $300 to do it (the original agreement was to have them do it at install time, as part of the original quote).

WOW!!!!!!!! From start to finish, Sunline was so amazing to work with. Choosing Solar can be very overwhelming-as their are soooooo many options out there. Our first contact was with our sales tech Matthew who was patient and explained every detail to us and was on top of everything from start to finish. Sunline has incredible financing options which not all companies have. Again, the entire process from start to finish was so seamless and easy.... We just can't say enough positive things about this company. Very pleased!!

We had a great experience with Sunline, installing our first solar system for our home. I've been waiting to write this review because we also got another solar system installed in a family home in the San Francisco area using a local company in that area. Now, being able to compare both companies, I can confidently say, Sunline is ahead by a large margin. A few things that happened with the other very highly reviewed company from the Bay Area: very poor communication and coordination of services, permits, and even accidentally cut power for half a day. Let me add to the chorus of good experiences with Sunline Energy. Our salesman, Matthew C., was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient. My husband and I vetted 3 different solar companies before finally making deciding to go with Sunline Energy. The big reasons for us choosing Sunline were 1. They are also a roofing company, so if you have any current issues with your roof, they will address those before putting panels on (our home was built in 1990, and we weren't sure what the condition of our roof was, so this was important for us), 2.
