This is a video of a Women's Self-Defense Class given at Sam Houston State University. While watching a video isn't as good as attending a course, there is still a lot that can be learned from watching this online course. If you practice the skills presented in the video you can improve your chances of surviving an attack.

I began training Muay Thi and grappling about 8 months ago and I have noticed a huge improvement in my technique each month. I did not have any prior experience in Mixed Martial Arts and I was nervous to begin, but the trainer and the other students are very welcoming. The trainer is very creditable and well known in the Houston area. It is so much fun and a GREAT workout!

I love love LOVE Muay Thai with Tim. Every instructor for every class I've been to has been wonderful. I walked into my first class knowing nothing about Muay Thai. Also I have the natural grace and coordination of a newborn foul. Everyone is really helpful and patient in teaching technique and working together. I feel nothing but welcome each time I get on the mat. I've quickly grown to love the sport and it's 100% thanks to all of the people at Mousel's. I'm feeling stronger and more coordinated with each class I take, not to mention when I wake up the next day my body is sore in ways it's never

Tried out the three classes and had a great experience so I decided to sign up as a member.
Great trainer and everybody involved is highly skilled and friendly, each class opens up a multitude of learning opportunities for improving techniques for self defense.
If you'd like to become an MMA fighter this is also a great place to train/network with some of the best.

Kicking, jabbing, and punching -- Heavy bag work and pads. There is something for everyone to like here no matter how much you are into MMA. Great cardio to get your kicks going for a 4 minutes set. Tremendous core work. Tim integrates a lot of partner-based exercises so you get to feel the burn with a buddy! Give it a try.

I go to the Jeet Kune Do and Muy Thai class on Wednesday and I love it. All the instructors and students are friendly very knowledgeable. And the class size on Wednesday night is pretty small so you get alot of attention and help.
But that doesn't mean they won't push you to your limits and you get an excellent workout, I usually leave drenched in sweat.
Only thing I really can complain about is I wish they had one more night were they did Jeet Kune Do.
I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn a material art for self-defense or exerise, you will not be disappointed.

Several years ago I came to Mousel's over 300 hundred pounds and a complete mess. Having a history in several martial arts I thought it would be at the very least a good way to get my self in a little better shape. I never thought I would see myself at 180 pounds getting ready to compete and realistically as low as 155. Over half the weight. Tim is not only the among the best(and fully credentialed and recognized as so) in Muay Thai, Submission Wrestling and a variety of other martial arts including Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do. But, he is the absolute best at fitness for both day to day life and sports

I trained at Mousel's Mixed Martial Arts Academy for years (As far back as when it was called Mousel's Self-Defense Academy!), and would still be training there if I lived in Houston. Tim is quite simply one of the most knowledgeable martial artists out there, and more importantly, he knows how to explain techniques in such a way as to make them easily understandable. He has trained everyone from weekend seminar participants to UFC fighters. To this day I have been unable to find another martial arts coach/instructor that can motivate as effectively as Tim. I give Tim and his school my highest
