4M Realty Company has a very diverse background that makes us unique in the commercial real estate brokerage business. 4M is not your typical brokerage company. As Chairman of the Board and Owner of 4M Properties, Inc., Martin Weiss has developed more than 50 projects in 42 cities and 15 states, including warehouses, distribution centers, office buildings, hotels and apartments. He continues to own an interest in many of the projects, and 4M Properties, Inc. manages all of them with the exception of the hotels.
Recently our office leasing arrangement had to be renegotiated, or we needed to relocate, all on short notice. With our management staff concentrating on our day to day business, we needed help. We retained the services of Mike Weiss with 4M Realty Company to represent us. He immediately took control of the situation and gave us brief, concise advice which included dealing with complicated legal issues.
4M has developed multiple product types from Apartments, Office Buildings, Distribution Warehouses to Retail and Office Flex projects in numerous cities and states throughout the U.S. 4M Realty recently represented Union Pacific Railroad in the acquisition and development of their new $120 million state-of-the-art Intermodal Facility in San Antonio, Texas.

Whoever is writing those bad reviews are so wrong and malicious. I have worked with their staff for over 17 years and have nothing but positive and great things to say. That office and their staff help so many people in the community. They support so many people throughout San Antonio. I am willing to bet that 4M has helped thousands of families. Nothing bu praise for 4M and their staff! Keep up the good work guys and thank you for helping so many in San Antonio.

The people at this office are absolutely horrible and incredibly hateful to special needs children and their families.
They think it is appropriate to be rude and condescending to a mom who is already stressed and working hard at trying to calm down her autistic 4 yr old child, and then take it a step further and make a complaint about the parent and child.
They told me that they pay good money and shouldn't have to deal with that.
So, if you want decent human beings handling your realty needs, you should absolutely stay away from them.

I contacted Nick Prater to help me find a retail space for my business. I gave him the information he needed for the search and let him know we were serious about finding a place. He never helped us with our search. He did not even call back to tell us he was too busy he just ignored us.
So many real estate agents go out and really hustle to get business. In this case business just fell in his lap but he ignored it. We just moved on to another company.
