YEC was formed in early 2006 by Baltu Yorkos, PE, LEED AP, CxA with a vision and desire to influence the industry with a wide range of local and international experience in MEP building services engineering and energy consultancy. Specializing in MEP Engineering with a passion for building design, integrated building services, and energy efficient engineering.
YEC Engineering provides full MEP engineering design services for our clients. Our mechanical, electrical and plumbing design process eliminates change orders and reduces time for the permit process. Our engineers are experienced in NYC requirements and will provide complete engineering documents for clients to obtain permit.
