Dr. Dorchester and Dr. Sabal have only been treating me for a short time, but they have gone above and beyond to help me with my medical issues. When I was seen by them, they were very detailed in taking my history and going over my specific symptoms. I found them to be very down-to-earth and accesible, so I felt comfortable asking any questions that I had; they truly took their time to walk me through everything while exploring every avenue relating to my condition. Their office is also very tasteful, clean, and in a great location.

TLDR: This spot is great for massages and Chiropractic work - COVID19 definitely has impacted the patient experience when it comes to medical concerns.
This experience over all has not been my favorite. To start off, I used ZOCDOC to set an appointment, this office was noted down as in-network for me(Later I find out it was not) When I arrived the doctors office was empty, no one was at the front desk. There wasn’t anyone in the building except 1 of the doctors. After I rang the front desk bell and waited about 15 minutes - All I heard was the doctor speaking about Obama and Progressive candidates

I scheduled an appointment at this office, PAID the required $75 "down payment" then they cancelled my appointment with NO explanation. I asked why and got no explanation. Only an email back to "cancel" my payment. This is extremely frustrating to 1. Have my appointment cancelled with no explanation and 2. Pay the requested "down payment" then have to figure out how to cancel my payment. They should not require this payment ahead of time if they are going to cancel appointments for no reason. I got an email and text confirming my appointment, also. Then just an email

I've been going to Matt for 18 years. I first went to him because my back and neck were always sore due to my job as a programmer. It took him a few months to get me straighten out and since then I only see him as needed. Every time I over due it, or fall asleep on an air plane, etc, I go back and he has me fixed up within a hand full of visits. Some times I don't see him for a year or more. That is the sign of a good chiropractor; someone who can actually fix you.

I have been coming to this place since I moved here from LA a year and a half ago.
I am always treated like a VIP and the doctor spends about 20-25 minutes treating my back. I have been to many chiro's in my life. It is usually 3-10 minutes tops. My back goes out a few times a year and I make an appt, show up and like magic.... I am usually 50-80 percent better with in a couple days.
I had read someone's negative review from a few years ago. I'm not sure why she was complaining over $25 so much. For a popped out rib?? I would just of paid it and not of been sued

I have been to several chiropractors over the years and have never quite had an "experience" like I have with this person. I went to him with a "rib out of place" - because he was in network with my insurance and close to my work (and my previous chiro had just gone out of network). He worked on my back and somewhat alleviated the issue, but not completely and I was still in pain after my visit.

I am an insanely busy person so I am just now getting around to posting! Last week I went in to get a message I had bought on Groupon, I slept on my neck wrong and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I messed up and accidently scheduled only a consultation at the end of the work day, so there was no room to fit me in for the message. Dr. Matthew Dorchester was working and noticed my pain and wanted to help. He explained to me that I needed an adjustment to help with my pain, and offered to give me one right then! I have had a terrible experience with a chiropractor in the past and was hesitant

Be warned - this practice operates like an unscrupulous used car dealership and try to upsell their services without providing full disclosure of cost. I bought a living social massage and was talked into the performance benefits of regular adjustments for athletes during my visit. My review is only pertaining to the massage services i received i did not have any Chiropractic treatment so i cannot comment on that, i did meet him and he seemed nice. I bought a living social deal for 75 min massage. The staff is very friendly, the massage therapist did a great job. The reason for my only 3 star is because i feel i got ripped. My massage time from when i got in the room to exiting room was only 1 hr! i had purchased a 75 min massage. If you go there be sure to keep track of time. I'm not sure if it was a miscommunication in office or what but i'm waiting to hear back

I've got to say, I visited Dr. Dorchester two weeks ago and it was a GREAT experience, also my first experience at a Chiropractor. His office and staff really work with your insurance and benefits to make sure (as a patient) you are well taken care of. I've already recommended him to everyone after 1 visit. Sitting at a desk from 9-5:00PM x 5 days a week has taken a toll on my body. He is soothing, informative and very knowledgeable. Its hard to find a good Chiropractor in the valley. Dr. Dorchester and his staff at At My Best Health are absolutely the best in the business. I have both upper and lower back issues so seeing Dr. Dorchester on regular bases keeps me in tack and muscle tense free. Always there when you need an emergency quick fix... (which has happened a time or two) I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Dorchester and his team at At My Best Health.
