One star is too much for this place. Perhaps the individual answering the phones is having a bad day or a case of the "Mondays". Our Bengal cat has only been seen at this place. All or our other animals go elsewhere, but we were hoping our experiences here with our cat would be good and we could move our other cat and dogs here. However, service has been mediocre at best. The Bengal is pregnant, due in 10 days, and has a sudden eye issue and we needed to get her in...To keep this short and do the point, they said we should use our other vet... Thanks for the great advice, our family will take it

Will never be back!! After calling them to have my cat who is PREGNANT and due in ten days looked to be looked at for an eye infection that came on very sudden over night they told me I should go to another vet! They said since I mentioned our dogs go to a differnet vet that I must have established care with another vet and that they don‘t want to… see my cat who has ONLY ever been seen by Baker Street.... I said we live a mile away and had hoped to move all our pets to them over time since our dog vet is out of town.. They told me to go to our ”other vet”.... Thankful

Very disappointed with the service I have received. Each time I bring my pets I wait 30-40minutes past my appointment time before my animals are collected. I understand curbside is time consuming and that you may be under staffed, as someone who works in a very fast paced office, it is always nice to know if an office is running behind so you are able to plan accordingly. The staff have always been short with their tone and rude. Seems like all that is cared about at this clinic is money. Everytime I call I am immediately put on hold, which for the first few times I thought you must be busy. But

It is so nice to work with a clinic that is so kind, patient and respectful! Their certified vet technician Allie was very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone and in person. We have been with BSAH for over 10 years. Unfortunately last year after covid shutdown, we had an emergency with our nearly 20 year old dog. Dr. Sheiper, who we love, arranged for us to be able to come inside to be with her for her last moments. Also with our other dogs, there have been some emergency situations, and BSAH all are A. available to take our dogs in an emergency, and B. available to offer caring solutions. Dr Wilson, Dr Sheiper, and the staff are 💯 awesome.
