My dog who was a client at Warren veterinary hospital became very ill on a Sunday. called Monday morning and could not get in till late Tuesday. My dogs health got much worse Monday night. I called the vet Tuesday morning to see if I could get a morning appointment, and they moved my appointment up an hour. to 2:30. When my husband and I brought our 7 year old dog in who could not walk, hadn't eaten in three days, and was urinating straight blood, we were told by the vet tech sounds like a UTI and the Vet was actually sick and they were going to keep her over night for observation and do the actual

My regular veteran wasn't able to get us in soon enough and I was worried my dog had a bladder infection. I figured an animal hospital was the safe choice, but was informed the "doctor" at Warren Veterinary Hospital wouldn't see us because we weren't clients of theirs. Not a great way to get new clients. You never know if someone would be willing to change vets that was closer to home.

I was recently in town visiting family when my dog got sick. I live outside of Philadelphia and didn’t know what to do. I called multiple veterinarians in the area asking for help and was turned down from all of them. When I called Warren Veterinary Hospital, they welcomed my dog and understood the emergency we were in. They quickly saw her and started treatment. In addition, they connected with my vet at home to make sure my dog was receiving the proper care. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and help. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. We are very grateful.

Dr Amy and all the staff are caring and compassionate, both to our pets and also to us. Dr Amy is approachable and practical. She will have that difficult conversation, does not neglect the human or emotional aspects of the situation, and still considers the cost/benefit side of a potential treatment. Every encounter with Dr Amy or any member of her staff leaves us with the feeling that we are personally important to them, and that they love our pet as we do.
