Dr. Woo is an excellent dentist who explains everything to you about the type of treatment needed if necessary as well as what to be mindful of at every consultation. Her support staff is friendly and professional. I love the postcard reminders in the mail and follow up reminders on the phone as well. My family and I came to Dr. Woo from a referral and we don't regret choosing Dr. Woo as our dentist.

I've been coming to Dr. Woo for over a year now and I'm so glad that I found her. My previous dentist left his practice to a new dentist and I stayed at the office but the new dentist was not very friendly or trustworthy. He diagnosed me for things that my previous dentist never told me about, I soon found Dr. Woo who did a full exam and nothing that the other dentist diagnosed me with was found. I'm extremely grateful that I found Dr. Woo and trust her and her work.

My dentist who I have been with since I was a child finally retired & I was in need of a new dentist that I can trust & who was knowledgeable. Thank goodness I found one. Dr. Woo is amazing, she thoroughly walks you through everything she is doing & is very knowledgeable & even recommended me to a periodontist because I need to see one. She is very honest & does not over diagnosis like some doctors I have seen before! If you are looking for a great dentist go to Dr.Woo!

My husband and I are returning to Dr Woo for the 3rd time. We moved several times I have tried many times to find a dentist in our local area that is efficient and accurate. Have not been successful at all so will make that long drive to Fullerton to get the best care from Dr. Woo and her wonderful staff. Susie the receptionist is quite accurate pleasant and accommodating.

I have going to Dorothy Woo for over 20 years and highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, very thorough and gentle, and I know I can trust her recommendations as to what needs to be done to keep my teeth healthy. The office has a very high standard of dental hygiene and is always sparkling clean.

This is for the office staff, not the dentist. Unfortunately the dentist is amazing but her office staff is terrible. I have blue shield PPO. The office staff informed me that I need an authorization for my office consultation after performing the consultation...they surprised me with a $110 bill at the end of my service... PPO does not need an authorization. The office billed me for my visit out of pocket. That is wrong. Why have insurance if they're going to bill you out of pocket anyways? They said they'd "reimburse me if the insurance pays them". No, that's not how

Dr Woo is amazing. She explains everything, is honest, reasonably priced and makes you feel like you are special. She does everything and doesn't run back and forth to different patients. The office staff is awesome and they take time to check your insurance to make sure all is well. Wish I had found her years ago. Referred my dad for a second opinion, his dentist wanted $3K for work, she disagreed with them and dad goes to Dr Woo now.

I generally don't give out 5 starts unless the service is above and beyond. Dr. Woo is a 10 star dentist! She is a gem! She takes the time to talk to you and really wants the best for your dental health. I have been with her for about 12 years now. Dr. Woo is gentle, detailed and very knowledgable. I made the mistake of changing dentist when I moved and that was when I realized the value of having a great dentist. Dr. Woo, please consider opening another office in Tustin! Dr. Woo is one of the kindest and most caring dentist a patient could ever ask for. Also, the staff is a professional group of hard working and kind people. Dr. Woo examined teeth condition thoroughly, then prepared detail cleaning plan and performed every procedure with least pain and discomfort, including crown placement and deep cleaning. Dr. Woo also referred me to see other specialists to ensure best service quality I can receive for long term reliability. Dr Woo is the only dentist I have ever been to. From my first dental visit to now, she is the only one who has taken care of me. She personally checks and cleans my teeth, and does any work that I need. My visits are always pleasant and I never feel "afraid of the Dentist". The thing I like most about this office is, Dr Woo and her staff really care about the patients. I fully trust this dental office with my teeth.

I hate going to the dentist. I don't have one tooth unfilled or crowned. Dr Woo has changed my outlook. She is the most gentle dentist I have ever had. She is honest and caring. I even encouraged my 84 year old dad to go to her despite his insurance not covering. He is thrilled with her also.
Her staff is caring and considerate, and they are especially careful to get insurance info before visits.
The office is a 10 in my book!

I just returned from a visit with Dr. Dorothy Woo. I had few fillings to be inserted.
Anyhow, I have been to many a dentist in my day, and I must say that Dr. Woo is one of the best I have had the experience of working with. She has very gentle hands, is very accurate, and most of all, personable.
If you need a dentist in the Fullerton area, give Dr. Woo a call. You will be happy you did.
