The team at Redmond smiles are extremely friendly and showed genuine concern in understanding my problem and giving the diagnosis. Dr.Shao has excellent bedside manners and he explained every step of the process he was doing and the diagnosis as well. He also took time to explain the treatment plan and the person at the front desk also explained the price and what I’m paying for in detail. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend them anytime.

I have been going to this office for a few years now and I have no plans on leaving this practice. As others have said the staff at this practice is always friendly and helpful. When I first went there I had a lot of cavities that I was looking to get under control. I never once was made to feel poorly, and never felt judged, based on the poor condition of my teeth; This is something I have experienced at other clinics.
