He gave us a variety of options for our "hot mess" bathroom situation in older rental home and really did a stellar job of getting all the little problems fixed. Able to quickly assist with plumbing issues when the county inspector rejected the plumbing drain installation from a different plumbing organization.

The folks answering the phone were nice enough and easy to work with, responsive, etc. Cheers for doing the front-end well!
However, I was not pleased with the technician sent out (I will not name him here). I felt like my issue was not a terribly difficult one, yet he wanted to go the most difficult route to solve the problem (it felt like he was trained to handle all cases that way and he didn't have the depth of knowledge to get creative). Overall, my plumber seemed to lack experience and the ability to troubleshoot. On top of that, with paying him hourly, he seemed to just sort of "hem-haw
