Welcome to our practice, we look for to seeing you! Before you come in, we thought you might appreciate knowing a little bit about us and getting an idea about what you can expect during your visit. We may be a little different than dentists you have visited in the past. We believe that achieving and maintaining healthy teeth and gums takes a team effort that you play as big a role as we do in reaching that mutual goal.
For the safety of our patients and our staff, we will close the office during all snowstorms this year. We will call you in advance to let you know your appointment has been cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. We Feel that all patients deserve the best dental care possible. This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I live in Tyngsboro and drive here just because they have excellent customer service, they’re very nice, and it’s always a comfortable experience. Did I mention I love the music they play every time I go? It makes me feel like I’m back home down south. Great dentist, good people, wonderful service.

I was here as a new patient for my first cleaning in a long time, I was scared and embarrassed... Not anymore! The girl at the front desk is SO pleasant and welcoming! The hygienist made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr. Bjornson is a normal laid back kind of guy -- so nice and he explained everything in a way I could understand. I did not feel rushed in or out of the office. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this office to everyone!

I suffer from severe anxiety, especially when it comes to going to the dentist and I have not been seen for a cleaning in YEARS. My teeth are in real rough shape, a couple of broken teeth, but my anxiety got the best of me. Last week I felt some pain on my cheek and realized there was a large bump on my way upper gums. I knew that I had to be seen sooner than later. I was so embarrassed and anxious, literally started crying when I sat in the chair, but Dr. Tom and all of his staff made me feel SO comfortable and not once did I feel judged at all. I have been a member of Bjornson Family dentistry for a few years now and the experience is always the same. Greeted by friendly faces, treated by expert clinicians, and always the best care. Today (due to a cancellation) I was able to have a cavity filled same day! This was a luxury as I drive almost an hour each way for Dr. Tom Bjornson and his excellent staff! I also enjoy asking Chester the Labrador retriever to come out for a quick hello from time to time! This office is the best!
