The fee schedule structure at Pacific West Appraisal Services, Inc. is designed to be as economical as possible, and to address your specific needs. A Full Private Appraisal is $500. A Private Appraisal is recommended for estate settlements, divorce settlements, legal matters and tax matters. All fees are negotiable based on the difficulty of the analysis and time required for completion.
