In the 1920s Tin City's tin roofed buildings were the hub of economic development and transport which was made possible by the construction of the Seaboard Airline Railroad. I recently received a premium notice for my existing homeowner's insurance policy for my condo in Naples, FL. I questioned my agent Christine Pagliaroli as to the large increase in the premium. She immediately went looking for alternative coverage and found a policy with the exact same coverage but the premium was substantially cheaper!
