Jessica Lysse is an on-location, natural light photographer based in Greensboro, NC. In her home studio, she uses a mixture of natural light and studio light. She specializes in creating and capturing candid family moments as well as timeless newborn portraits and serves Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas- High Point, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Summerfield, Oak Ridge.

Services
For as long as I can remember, I have had a camera with me. I took it with me on all of my trips and vacations. I was fortunate to travel a lot with my church youth group in middle school and high school, and my parents always sent me with a camera and a few rolls of film. I use my camera much more now that I have children and it seems that our lives are flying by.
My photographic style comes from a mixture of how I was raised and who I have grown to be. I grew up in a very modern home with lots of white, gray, clean lines and simplicity. I absolutely love this style, but I have a shabby chic side to me as well. I love soft light, muted colors, natural materials and to be comfortable and cozy.
These are fantastic! The family pictures made me tear up a little - it's no small feat getting a family of six looking happy and great in ONE picture. No fake or forced smiles anywhere - you are wonderful! Thank you so much for getting these to us so quickly. Just got the photo album and WOW! I teared up, it is so beautiful.
Children/Family/Maternity sessions are done on location around Greensboro, NC or the Triad area. Sessions last about 1 hour. Your session will be relaxing and full of fun and games to get you all interacting with each other. There is nothing quite like a genuine smile or laugh and it's my goal to get those out of everyone.

I could go on and on about how wonderful Jessica is! She’s been our photographer for over a year now and has documented our gender reveal, maternity photos, Fresh 48 photos, newborn photos, and our fall family photos. I found Jessica’s work through Instagram and she has been both professional and kind throughout the entire process from the beginning. My husband and I used Jessica for newborn photos for our little girl. I can not say enough great things about Jessica. What impressed me first (besides her portfolio!) was her promptness and professionalism. I had searched for newborn photographers and emailed a handful for pricing, scheduling, etc. Most never even responded to me. Jessica responded within 24 hours. Our little girl spent some time in the NICU and Jessica was so accommodating when we needed to adjust our appointment date and time. We decided to meet at her home studio which was beautiful! We hired Jessica for my nephews newborn session and we are truly glad we did. Not only is her working amazing, but Jessica herself is a truly kind person. We have a crazy schedule and have certain rules we have to follow with our culture but Jessica was very understanding of this and accommodating to my family and I. Our family loved Jessica Lysse Photography! Our children were less than cooperative, but she went out of her way to draw each of them out and managed to capture truly stunning, colorfully rich pictures depicting our personalities and uniqueness in a natural and playful manner. I was most impressed by her willingness to help prior, during, and even long after the session with helpful tips and ideas about colors, props, poses, places, where to get prints, and even sizing adjustments.

Jessica Lysse Photography has shot two fabulous sessions for our family: our maternity and newborn pictures. Our family loved both sessions and she was able to capture some beautiful moments that we will treasure for years to come. Jessica was helpful while directing the shoots, but also allowed us to relax and just be ourselves which made the experiences enjoyable for our family.
