Tracey is outstanding, she not only tell you, how to take care of your hair after you leave her chair. She also is very caring,thoughtful,and the education she give you on condition of your hair is outstanding..I now not only know where to come,I know how to take care of my hair after I leave her chair,,My haircut and color was such a beautiful job done it was very much worth telling the world about..Don’t let this salon pass you by great atmosphere,very nice & great hair stylist at this salon.. The most professional hairstylist I have ever met. Every time I visit this shop I'm always certain that they always give me the color and style that I will absolutely love when they are finished. They also take care to listen to my wishes and are always kind, warm and never rude. I feel very comfortable sending others to them as I know how professional they are. I am happy and grateful to know them in my walk of life.

What I asked for / what I got for $160. My hair ended up being orange.The girl who did my hair was very nice, great service, but this other lady who was also there was being very rude to my friend, when it was my friend's turn she told her she wanted to wait for the girl who was doing my hair and the lady told her "you can't do that" "we don't have time for that" (it was 4:00 pm) in a very rude tone, after my friend insisted this lady wanted to charge her more, after that we were sitting and she just kept passing through us without saying excuse me or anything

My blowout by Tracy came out amazingly silky and smooth. I have extremely kinky, natural hair, and when she detangled it she took her time to make sure my hair wasn't damaged. She gave me tips and educated me on what to do with my textured hair. I would recommend anyone with natural hair to go to her.

This is the strangest salon I have ever visited. I went for a hair cut with Mark on November 7, 2017. He was nice initially, and he seemed to understand my curly hair. He also said during the consultation that my hair was "very warm" in color. I equate "very warm" to being a very red cast which I do not like. After my cut I called this salon to clarify what this meant and to see if there was a way to make my hair look more "cool". I got a person on the phone that told me she had a "witness" to what I asked for and that Mark would call me back. He has

I highly recommend The Skyline Salon. Each employee that I encountered is so skilled at what they do & passionate about what they do. With so many choices of salons in the Raleigh area, this salon in my opinion sets themselves above others. Tracey, Mark & their team members strive to please each and every customer who comes through their door. My husband goes there as well for his haircuts.
