Services
Ohio House bill 211 is coming to license home inspectors and require continuing education. Home inspections have been one of the biggest scams in real estate for a long time. This will certainly not stop this scam but, should slow it down considerably. Many Realtors will push you into a home inspection with the thought this will releive them from any responsibility.
