This is a slum lord . I wouldnât rent from these people . My daughter had her stove catch fire and they sent her to a call center . I called and asked for the real estate side and talked to someone which acted like it was a bother. Next time we will call 911 and have the fireman look at the slum lords wiring problem then maybe they will do something!
Then they brought her a stove with roaches in it it was disgusting!!! All well and good if your buying from them donât rent from them!

This place is an absolute joke. I went in a month ago to set up and appointment to fill out an application, met with Andy, super nice things seemed to be going really well and I got approved for a really nice place he told me âLondon will send you the necessary details to get you set upâ I do not here from London, I call everyday for a week and she is never there Andy is gone everyday now too. Everytime I call they ask if I would like to leave a message so after the 8th time leaving my name and number, I tell the lady who answered that this is unacceptable and in return get all kinds of rude

Dylan Parry, with Lepi and Associates, was fantastic! As first time home buyers, we started with looking on Zillow. We "favorited" a few houses and Dylan
contacted us. He was super friendly and truly "all about the customer." We really weren't sure in the beginning of what we wanted.
