Big Creek Veterinary Hospital strives to meet all your pet's needs. We have modern technologies including digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, laser therapy, ultrasound, and endoscopy. We have a full service pharmacy stocked with high quality veterinary medications at competitive prices. We offer preventive care targeted to your animal's needs, and the best possible sick animal care.
Our laser is a class IV Therapy Laser, which is the strongest, most effective laser on the market today. Laser therapy can relieve pain, reduce swelling, increase range of motion and reduce symptoms associated with osteoarthritis.
We have experienced great success with reducing post surgical pain, aid in the healing of hotspots and lick granulomas, reduce chronic ear infections, and alleviating some of the chronic pain due to arthritis for your older pets.Dental health is important to the health of your whole pet. Dental disease can lead to heart disease, organ disease, and bad breath can make your pet an unwelcome member of your family.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by one of our receptionist. The receptionist will check you and your pet in and escort you into one of our seven examination rooms. Our goal is to see all patients at their appointment time, though occasionally emergencies will delay us.
We are happy to book an appointment for you. This is not an automatic process. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm a date and time that is as close to your request as possible. If your appointment has not been confirmed within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the practice by phone to confirm.

I have taken my dog here for years. Over the last year the service has become horrible. For the last 6 months we have been back and forth 4+ times for a situation. Been given antibiotics and even had a procedure, all to no avail. They've got plenty of my money, and, I've got a dog that is miserable. It is a Thursday at 11:43AM (that I am writing this), I called them at 8:01AM to talk to a Vet, and, I am still waiting for a call back from one of there Vets. My wife is on the way to the Vet ER. Shame shame shame on Big Creek. They've grown so much, but, bigger is not better. Seems they've gotten

Rude to me in an emergency situation. Receptionist was cold and seemed to not have any concern for my dog whatsoever. Offered me no help or suggestions. wouldn’t squeeze my dog in For emergency and my dog was already at emergency vet, and couldn’t find anything wrong even though she’s very sick so I wanted her regular vet to see her right away. (this is my dogs usual vet office). They told me to call back and “see if I can get in tomorrow.” How does that help me?! How does that help an emergency with the dog?! They didn’t even ask her symptoms. Bottom line, I found a new vet a few minutes

Was scheduled at the last minute for our very ill dog Maggie. We were new to the practice but they made time to fit us in. Maggie was examined and but sadly her Lymphoma had gotten worse. She needed to be put to sleep. They explained what was going to happen in a very compassionate manner. Maggie crossed the Rainbow Bridge with dignity. We highly recommend BIG CREEK VETERINARIAN. The King's 💕❤

Best vet in greater Cleveland! The staff is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They are willing to go above and beyond, and do surgeries that others won't even attempt. It can be difficult to get an appointment at times, but the wait is well worth it. Definitely recommend calling 3 weeks out or even earlier if you can.
