Don't waste your time or money unless you have money to give away. They took my application fee as well as others for the same house but chose to go with the one with the "best credit rating". My credit wasn't bad so I feel like I should have recieved a refund since nothing negative came back. They just said they'd keep me on file if something else came available.

Update 05/2021: the company refunded our fees through our realtor which we are grateful for. But we still likely couldn’t recommend using this company.

I have never left a review with a company ever but my experience with this company ended up being so utterly terrible I would feel so bad for anyone using them in the future! We were perfect tenants the entire lease and at the very last month Grand Ark was insanely difficult to work with. It started with pestering me to let them show the house while I was still living there! Just so they could sell it asap and not lose out on money. Then progressed to complete miscommunication within their office of thinking I was moving out early and kept asking me for the keys.. text, calls ect! But it gets better

I was very disappointed with the initial interaction with this real estate firm. The agent I spoke to was highly unprofessional, was not responsive and offered poor quality service when I asked a question.
I found a property I was really interested in via realtor. When I called the listed representing firm the lady who picked up had a very deep Asian accents so was hard to understand, however I proceeded to inquire about the property. I have used Grand Ark Realty for over 12 years. They are so professional that many times they have found problems the inspectors have missed. They are as honest as it can get. Twice I have overpaid on some repairs on my rental houses. They had a check in the mail to me the next day.
Ms Ting really impresses me. Every closing has gone through on time. My renters always - always compliment her on taking care of any problems or repairs right on time. She is a 24 hour 7 days a week agent.
Again she is honest , honorable, ethical, and she loves this wonderful country of our's.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I could give. We called today to inquire about a home and this lady with a very thick Asian accent was rude, had 0 professionalism and hung up the phone without trying to help me. To give you a better understanding of their poor customer service, I didn't even get her name. Don’t waste your time with this company. It has low ratings for a reason.

It has taken me awhile to write this because I didn't want to go through the horror that was this company again by writing about them. But I feel the important need to protect other people from what I dealt with. A few years ago I hired one of the agents Pei Wen Ting because through a family friend. I have them the EASIEST business ever. I had purchased a BRAND NEW home through them so they can make some money even though they never gave me guidance and I had to request an inspection to get done. After that was done, I hired again--more so out of pity. Biggest mistake of my life in real estate

I have known and been using this broker's services for many years. They have provided top notch customer service. I have received prompt responses for my questions and requests. They are a complete scam. I called them and my realtor called them. They basically took my application fee and ran. They don't answer the phone and when you call Pei-Wen Ting she says she will call you back and won't. It doesn't take longer than a week for your background, credit, and previous rental history to come back. I moved to Texas from Arkansas in the hopes of better opportunities for my family and all I get is scammed and the run around. You'd better be a good handyman, if you plan to rent from them. Because typically it will take you at least a week to get a repair person out. And when they come, they won't know how to fix your problem, because they never know anything about the actual area of expertise they claim to have. The appliance guy who installed our dishwasher (that we had to fight tooth and nail for) didn't even turn the water on, so we could wash dishes.
I hope you speak Chinese, too. Because only 2 of the roughly 15
