I simply called their business number to see if they would take my case. The gentleman who picked up the phone cut me off very rudely and said they wouldn't take my case. He then very rapidly hung up on the phone on me when I was right in the middle of a sentence. I'm sorry but whoever this man was that answered the phone should not be working in any form of customer service.....very very rude and narcissistic if you ask me. I'm surprised that man even has a job to be very honest.

Brian made the entire process easy and as stress free as it can be after being in a major wreck. He was extremely responsive and answered any and all questions I had as well as dealing with all of the insurance companies questions. I would have never imagined I would have received the settlement I got either but Brian made sure I got everything I was entitled to. I would highly recommend.
