The owner and provider, Rebecca Zhu, has an AA degree in early child development and accounting degrees, with 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher (CA teacher permitted) as well as with infants and toddlers. Rebecca and her two assistants, are all certified in CPR, first aid, and have completed TB tests, background checks and fingerprints.
