In 2006 owner Kris Larrison saw a need for bringing HOT yoga to the community and opened up the Des Moines and surrounding areas premier Hot Yoga studio. From its humble beginnings in a basement that crammed in dedicated practitioners and curious newcomers, the studio thrived through the love of the clients, staff and the challenging classes.
