Terrytown was founded in 1979 by Gary Kowalke. He started working out of his garage on Terrytown Road in Baraboo, Wi. That is how the name of his company was born. In the 80's the company moved to town when Gary purchased the building at 465 South Boulevard in Baraboo which is still the current location of the main office.
