Here at Heirloom Catering for the last 10 years we have made it our mission to source the most local and organic ingredients possible. During the farming season this means that at least 90% of the produce, dairy and meats at our events are locally grown and cared for. On the summer menus vegetables are served less than 48 hours after harvest.
