In reality I recevied an excellent experience. Set up an appointment therefore the gentleman got there without delay. Clarified whatever was going on. I felt like I didnt get any doubts after every part was explained and finished. It was a lift master garage door opener that they put in and that I never have had any difficulties with it since.
