Windmill House is the vision of Joe Cordovana or JC as he prefers to be called. JC came to America from Sicily Italy in the late '60s and found himself in the area of Prescott, Arizona in the early 1970's. Around that same time, he found and purchased the 160 acres of land which would become the JC Ranch and home of the Windmill House in Chino Valley
