Bernard fit us in late on a Friday night to install two TVs: a 75" and a 55". Very professional and polite, provided great tips on how to improve my TV audio and helped diagnose a network issue. I would give more stars if I could. Bernard did a awesome job installing our tv mount over our fireplace.
