Ace Catering and Banquets was founded in 2001 in Whiting, Indiana. At that point, Ray Kosinski was making pizzas and catering small events under the name Portside Grill and Catering. The company named changed to Ace Catering and Banquets in 2002. For over a decade, Ace Catering and Banquets have adopted 5 banquet halls in the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland
