JJ Construction was established in 1981 by Owner Jim Small with the intent of standing out from the rest with a simple idea to make projects run smoothly and ensure client satisfaction: being present and active on every job. By having an active presence on every project Jim is able to keep open lines of communication with clients, as well as uphold
