The Carroll County Agricultural Fair is held at the fairgrounds located at the Southwest VA Farmers Market in Hillsville, VA just off I-77, Exit 14 on Farmers Market Drive! For our mother's comfort and convenience while visiting the County Fair, the Carroll County Health Department will have their WIC van set up for with baby changing and breastfeeding
