Brown Water Marine Service, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Hugh (Tim) Chapman, and is still family owned and operated. We currently own and operate 15 boats and 33 barges. With this equipment we provide a wide variety of marine transportation services through out the Gulf Coast of Texas and Louisiana.
