ILA 1351 FCU is dedicated to serving members of the International Long Shoremen's Association 1351 in La Porte, Texas. We've served the Houston area since 1966. With current CEO Jan Stewart & Office Manager Ann Phelps and help and hard work of all past and current board members, the Credit Union is very sound today.
