Charlotte and Mike Miles founded The Sam Houston Insurance Agency in 1992. In April of 2008, Kenneth and Kristy Starr purchased the Agency and moved it from Conroe to Madisonville. Ken is a licensed adjuster and a property and casualty insurance agent who worked in construction for most of his life.
