These 45 minute classes are a wonderful introduction into the world of physical fitness through gymnastics. Students are introduced to all the gymnastics equipment, downsized where necessary. We offer 60 and 90 minute classes for girls. Each gymnast will begin perfecting fundamental skills & techniques on the four Women's Olympic events - Vault, Bars
