James Cuppett was born and raised in the Western Maryland town of Oakland. After graduating from Frostburg State University, Mr. Cuppett spent over 30 years managing a nursing home. This experience gave him a unique perspective on healthcare and health insurance needs of regular folks, and especially SENIORS.
