James M Silva started the business over 75 years ago. His son Warren J Silva followed closely in his footsteps and went into business for himself in 1953. In 1985 Warren J Silva became incorporated and Cape Cod Excavating, Inc. was born. Joining his father full time in 1993 James W Silva is now at the controls.
